SO DOES THIS EXPLAIN WHY HE IS SO INEPT AND IS FAILING IN PROTECTING MY GULF COAST? DOES IT NOT ALSO PROVE THAT HE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO ANYONE AND HAS NO REAL CONVICTIONS?
